She was born in Vermont and is an East Coast bred 2011 Grullo AQHA and ABR double registered mare. She has been shown at halter and in hand trail at 3 years old. Started riding at 5. She has never done performance events or had her joints injected. She is a solid back country horse and ranch horse. Rain is a 9 YO 12.1 hand Shetland mare who is very experienced with kids. Rain has had formal foundational training in breaking the mold, has participated in 4-H/OHSET events, and has been a lesson pony for the last year having many rides with kids on her from ages 2 ½ to 8 years old.
